How to Register Yourself for CBI Net Banking

  • Get yourself an application from the nearby branch or official website of Central Bank of India.
  • Fill the form with the correct details and submit the form in the branch where you have the account.
  • When the bank receives the form it will begin the process of activation of net banking services.
  • At the registered address you will receive the login password and transaction password separately.
  • When the password is received by you then you will have to visit the branch to get the User ID.
  • The User ID, login password and transaction password will be used to start net banking.

CBI Net Banking login

When you receive a user ID, login password and transaction password, you can simply log in to your CBI net banking account and do transactions. For this you have to follow the following steps:

  • Go to the CBI net banking login portal.
  • Type in the User ID and Login password.
  • Click on the Login Button.
  • It is recommended that you should not log in to your net banking account from a shared computer.
  • You can use the virtual keyboard to type in the password.

How to create login password online

  • Choose the Online Password option from the CBI net banking login page.
  • Type in the 10 digits CIF number and the registered phone number with the account. Do not forget to put 91 before the phone number.
  • Choose Generate option and after that click next.
  • You can use this password to log in and have to change it before it gets expired.

Steps to create transaction password online

  • First, you have to log in using user ID and login password.
  • Click on the options menu and then choose the transaction password generation option.
  • Enter the registered mobile number with the account.
  • A One Time Password (OTP) will be sent to the registered number which will expire within 3 minutes.
  • Choose a new T-PIN by changing the OTP in 3 minutes.
