The CMS Regional Math Camp brings together mathematically inclined school students in Alberta with the aim of providing opportunities for networking and instruction in math and mathematical problem solving. Participation from the camp is by invitation only. Mathematical and social actions are intended to foster individual in addition to collaborative problem solving experiences, to expose the participants into mathematical enrichment and study subjects, and also to supply a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for friendship growth. The format is meant to provide all participants time to think, socialize, discuss common interests, and encourage cooperation.

Camp has mathematically inclined students from grades 7-9 residing on campus and attending events and workshops in which they could network while instruction in complex math and applicable problem-solving. Rublix believes in encouraging the youth of today since they are our future. They understand the potential of each and every individual must make their thoughts, dreams, and goals a reality. By encouraging these talented individuals they expect to become a brick at the base of the future, in almost any way, small or big and wish to encourage those students to reach for their objectives, regardless of the size, and never to let their dreams be dreams, but understand they have the ability to bring them in reality.

Rublix flagship platform HedgeTrade depends heavily on math to finetune algorithms and set the code which runs the whole platform. By demonstrating these students their present in math may be used to make useful programs, they continue developing their presents.

As a special present to the students, Rublix provided each with a Raspberry Pi Computer. These programmable computers can be created to a seemingly endless number of jobs. Everything from personal computers, gaming consoles, safety programs, and robots could be made using the Raspberry Pi. Students may utilize their Raspberry Pis to research computing and find out how to program in Python. Not only this, they'll have the chance to utilize their mathematics skills to come up with their own projects utilizing the gadget.

Raspberry Pi is a fantastic tool for educating pupils both physiological computing and programming. An effective microprocessor, Raspberry Pi may be used for anything from creating your own personal computer to generating entertaining Web of Things (IoT) jobs. And on top of that, it is relatively cheap! In honor of Pi Day, here are some enjoyable job ideas for you and your students began using the RPi.

The Rublix team members enjoyed the chance to meet up with those bright kids during their week of Math Camp. Later on, they look forward to more outreach with local youth.
