In an increasingly globalized world, with population saturation and qualified professionals, it is obvious that both education and the professional sector have to adapt to the demands in order to avoid collapse.

From the practical point of view, the best way to adapt is to abandon the complexes about distance education and focus on its dissemination with quality content, as universities and business schools such as Harvard, Yale or Wharton are already doing through platforms such as Coursera or Edx.

The obsolescence of losing full days attending soporific sessions and studying 500 pages of manuals have contributed to the fact that online education has gained a lot of ground in recent years. Particularly in underdeveloped countries of Africa and Asia.

Thus, this type of training can occur in both developed and underdeveloped countries, especially in emerging markets where more and more qualified professionals are required every day. In many of them, online education has already become a form of state financing through the sale of university licenses at affordable prices in order to promote higher education.

Despite its high potential these moments, online education affronts a series of problems mainly in the evaluation of content through some platforms such as "strictly democratic" criteria such as peer to peer evaluation.

With these methods, an objective evaluation is not really achieved, but to a greater extent, subjectivity is forced and abuses by peers are encouraged.

With this, the problem of equating student to teacher is generated, which tends to contradict the basis of university education.

Perhaps, this evaluation system is born of the idea of alleviating the childhood traumas of some individuals frightened by the teacher's old mastery over the student, giving rise to the student passing to dominate the teacher, as already happens in the High Schools.

Due to this increase in protagonism in the figure of the student, it ends up generating rejection and therefore the banality and discredit of the course or specialization.

As there are still classes and categories in education, in order to create a system of quality assessment on the work of the student, in addition to the peer evaluation, a server also refuses the evaluation type test, since this only leads to the evaluation by discards.

It is quite true that, through free trials in multiple courses and specializations, an individual can easily obtain a title having played which "roulette of fortune" by trying his luck with each answer until all are correct, obtaining the same credit that those who have studied the same studies in the physical headquarters of the university.

That is why, in order to guarantee quality evaluation and education, it is preferable to examine projects that have to be exposed, such that, if a master's project is concerned, it will vary in difficulty.

Some people can claim that this evaluation practice can be quite complex, but really this type of exposure can be done through Skype, Zoom or any advanced video conference platform, since in practically all the world network connectivity is every time more fluid.

See how in this way not only encourages the development of the best skills of the student, also can generate empathy in their evaluator giving rise to the student can get to collaborate with him if his project is deserved. In addition, not only contributes to the development of the individual, also to the updating of contents through the exchange of opinions between the teacher and the student.

In order to avoid collapse in this system, since the evaluation of projects can be somewhat complex if the students are quite high, it would be advisable to take the example of universities like Yale, who have already applied the defense of short-term jobs weekly in some of his studies with a schematic sketch system.

In this way, it contributes to consolidate a system in which traditional education is combined with online education, all through fostering face-to-face communication and key words.

In conclusion, what matters is quality and not quantity, as well as how to transmit it.
