Dinner time can be pretty difficult especially since you have class work. Dinner time doesn't have to be difficult to be delicious. Pick some great easy dinner recipes to begin with. With a little bit of effort from your part, you'll get dinner on the table in no time at all. 

So what are the recipes you can try being a student with limited knowledge in the kitchen? The recipes may be easy but they aren't watered down. The easy dinner recipes will help you learn a bit of cooking too.

Seared Salmon Poke Bowl

The first pick of easy dinner recipe is: these poke bowls. The Hawaiian inspired poke bowl features seared salmon and veggies in a colored delicious spin poke bowl. You can sear salmon in literally under a minute. Throw in some rice, some seasoned cucumber "noodles", sesame carrot ribbons and some red cabbage. Very delicious dinner prepared under 5 minutes.

Mushroom pasta is becoming a favorite recipe of mine very quickly. It's also one of the easiest dinner recipes you can try as a beginner too. Lemon with Goat cheese is one of the easiest ever dinner recipes to try real quick. The recipe is both delicious and nutritious. Fresh herbs, lemon and goat cheese provides essential nutrients and minerals you need to continue studies. 

The pasta is smothered with goat cheese, the cheese is creamy. Mixed mushrooms are sauteed with fresh thyme and oregano. Round it off by a pop of fresh lemon. Add some nutrient dense leafy greens too. It's going to take 15 minutes or so to prepare this easy dinner recipe. 

Easy Cheese Pita Pizza

Our third easy dinner recipe for students is pita pizza! A pizza can't get any easier! If you don't have a clue what to make real quick, you can always turn to pita pizzas. You need pita bread, some shredded cheese, and toppings. Broil the cheese until it's melty. While the pita bread is a little crisp, top it with shredded cheese and toppings. We prepare this every time there's a quick need for some munching. 

Try any pizza topping you like. Toppings like: pesto and tomatoes, margarita, veggies, etc. Try adding some chicken for a way more delicious pizza.
