Aquarzon is an Australian-based online store offering a wide variety of rare aquarium plants which can be viewed at Aquarzon.com.

Aquarzon propagates more than 100 types of live aquarium plants including rare types of mosses, fissidens, ferns, Anubias and Bucephalandra in Australia.

There are more than 40 types of aquatic mosses and fissidens offered, most of which are not sold in local aquarium stores. These aquarium mosses and fissidens are great for both shrimp and fish tanks. In a shrimp tank, these plants can hosts a high amount of biofilm and infusoria which are natural food source for shrimps and shrimplets. When female shrimps gives birth, the newborn babies require food to survive and this natural food source would help the babies to grow up. In a fish tank, mosses can provide fish fry a place to hide and have a natural shelter away from adult fishes.

For aquarists that enjoys Anubias, there are many types available at Aquarzon.com including rare variegated types. Anubias Pinto and Anubias White are two types of popular white variegated Anubias and what sets them apart primarily is their size. Anubias White is much smaller than Anubias Pinto. There are two other variegated versions of Anubias which are the Anubias Panda and a narrow leaves variety.

As not all hobbyists have large tanks, there are also small-sized Anubias such as Anubias Nana Petite and the rare Anubias Pangolino. Anubias Pangolino is micro size Anubias which is very slow growing but very beautiful. It is perfect for nano aquarium tanks due to its very small size.

For hobbyists who enjoy Anubias but interested in something more colourful, Bucephalandra is a great choice. Aquarzon cultivates and offers a variety of aquarium grown Bucephalandra of various colours and sizes. Bucephalandra, which is known as Buce or Bucep in short, originates from Southeast Asia and most commonly found in Borneo. Although they have been naturally growing in the wild for centuries, they only became popular in the aquarium hobby in recent years. Just like Anubias, they are easily propagated by splitting the rhizomes into smaller parts when they have grown long. Some of the popular Bucephalandra includes Bucephalandra Brownie Ghost and Catherinae.

For a jungle aquascape or just to give an aquarium for a natural habitat look, ferns are perfect especially when a few different types of differing sizes are used. Aquarzon offers many different types of ferns including the popular Needle Leaf Java Fern which is great for background, as well as Micro Java Fern which is perfect as a foreground plant due to its small size. Small sized ferns can be used in the foreground or attached to a driftwood or object towards the midground region.

For aquarists who love planted tanks with dutch aquascape style, there are various types of stem plants propagated by Aquarzon including the unique Prosperpinaca Palustris which has tones of orange and red as well as Ludwigia Super Red. For a green background appearance, Myriophyllum Mattogrossense would be an excellent choice.
