“For now, we will ecologically disintegrate only waste tires and scrap plastics,” says Roberto Hroval, founder of PatentReal Corporation, the company that will put the technology on the market, “and in the first three years, we can only take care of half of million tons of waste in the US and of the same amount in Europe annually.”
One of the biggest problems is ever-growing amount of garbage in the form of worn out and discarded products. A lot of wastelands in the sea, in nature, or in landfills.
According to “Global Citizen”, US alone generates more than 250 million tons of solid waste, filling around 2,000 landfills, with current rate these landfills will be full in the next seventeen years. But the problems are even bigger for example, New York ships waste to other states because they have no place for it.
In the article “Chicago Tribune” titled “Roberto Hroval: Chicago’s Answer for Waste-to-Energy Technology?”, the Mayor of Chicago Rahm Emanuel quotes, “Chicago is continuing to invest in the industries of tomorrow in order to create the jobs we need today.”
So the timing for a new technology that would take care of these problems is perfect.
PatentReal Corp have been silently testing and perfecting Product Reincarnation Technology™(PRT in short) for more than eight years. According to Hroval, the main advantage of PRT is very efficient green process with zero emissions. More than 98% of input material (garbage) is monetized and 100% of input material is ecologically transformed into original raw material, salts, and water, through molecular degradation.
“This technological process releases emissions into the ground or air and is performing at very low temperatures. Not only the technology is better for nature but we also use much less energy for disintegration of waste. Consequently, the financial gain is huge. Two major output materials that we monetize are diesel fuel and carbon black, due to the innovative approach, both of them are pure and need no additional processing,” he explained.
Product Reincarnation Technology™ and the final output has been verified by Bureau Veritas few years ago. In the meantime, company improved the process even further, according to Hroval “We put a special emphasis on lowering the temperature and monetizing almost all of output. We didn’t work a lot on making the process greener because it has produced no emissions.”
The technology has been recognized already by the scientists and industry leaders. Dr. Zvonimir Steiner from J.J. Strossmayer University said, “The system is capable of enabling the reactor for yielding high efficiency at 98 percent with zero percent emissions.” Josef Kluy from the billion-dollar German company “Bluechem Group” says: “PRT is a highly ingenious innovation in modern times. It can serve to be a breakthrough putting all previously known technologies in the shade.”
PatentReal Corp is planning to open the first factory in Europe, called Project Phoenix8, presumably in 2019 or 2020.
